Ludogorets Razgrad attacker, Bernard Tekpetey has urged Ghanaians to rally behind the team as they journey towards the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast.
“I will urge Ghanaians to come over and offer their support and prayers to the team to see if God will grant us the trophy because it’s been years since we won it.
The forward expressed confidence in the team following their experience and individual talents they had.
The four-time champions failed to beat Namibia in a pre-AFCON friendly at the Baba Yara Stadium on Monday night after recording a 0-0 draw.
Ghana is caged in Group B with Egypt, Mozambique and Cape Verde.
