Aduana FC have confirmed the signing of highly-rated midfielder Ernest Mwankurina on a two-year contract, keeping him at the club until 2027.

 

The 24-year-old underwent and passed his medical last Friday before putting pen to paper at the club’s headquarters in Dormaa-Ahenkro. His arrival is seen as a key addition to Aduana’s midfield ranks as they prepare for the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.

 

Mwankurina joins from Berekum Chelsea, where he played an influential role in the heart of midfield during the 2024/25 campaign. He previously featured for Bofoakwa Tano, gaining a reputation for his ball-winning ability, composure in possession, and tactical intelligence.

 

Club insiders say Aduana FC had been tracking Mwankurina for several months, and head coach Yaw Acheampong is believed to have played a significant role in securing the midfielder’s signature.

Mwankurina is expected to link up with his new teammates next week as pre-season preparations intensify in Dormaa.
