AFCON 2023: Congolese referee Jean Jacques to officiate Ghana, Cape Verde clash
36-year-old Congolese referee Jean Jacques Ndala Ngambo will officiate Ghana’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) opener against Cape Verde at the Félix Houphouët Boigny Stadium on Sunday January 14,2024.
The four-time winners have booked a date with the Blue Sharks who are confident of matching up against the Ghanaians in their fourth AFCON appearance.
Referee Jean Jacques Ndala Ngambo would be assisted by referee Olivier Kabene Safari and referee Nabina Blaise Sebutu as Assistant 1 and Assistant 2 respectively.
The 2023 AFCON is set to kickstart on 13th January, 2024.
