The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has made a generous announcement, offering free entry to Ghanaians keen on attending the international friendly clash between the Black Stars and Namibia on Monday, January 8, 2024.

Taking place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, this match holds significant importance as a crucial preparation step for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament, set to unfold in Ivory Coast.

Expressing gratitude to the unwavering support of the Ghanaian fans, the GFA has thrown open the gates to both the Popular Stand and Centre Line, making admission completely free.

With a scheduled kickoff time of 8 pm, the primary objective of this match is to fortify the team before they engage in the 34th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, a tournament that carries immense weight for both players and fans alike.

This gesture of providing complimentary access to pivotal sections of the stadium serves as a sincere thank-you to the ardent supporters. The GFA aims to foster an atmosphere of wholehearted support for the Black Stars as they embark on their journey to represent the nation in the AFCON hosted in Ivory Coast.
