Bibiani Gold Stars FC have reached an agreement to sign Sampson Eduku on a free transfer, in a move aimed at strengthening their squad ahead of the 2025/26 season.

According to exclusive information obtained by Kickgh.com, the 29-year-old forward has signed a two-year contract with the reigning Ghana Premier League champions, with an option to extend based on performance.

All formalities regarding the deal have been completed, and an official announcement from the club is expected in the coming days.

Eduku, who was a free agent following his departure from Asante Kotoko, brings considerable experience to the Bibiani-based side. He previously had stints with Sekondi Hasaacas and Tamale City, and is now set to lead the line for Gold Stars as they prepare for their debut CAF Champions League campaign.

His arrival is expected to significantly bolster the club’s attacking options as they aim to build on their historic 2024/25 league title triumph.
