Black Stars Doctor Visits Francis Abu in Toulouse to Monitor Injury Recovery

Black Stars team doctor, Prince Pambo, paid a visit to Francis Abu in Toulouse on Wednesday to offer his support and solidarity as the player continues his recovery from injury.

The 25-year-old midfielder is recuperating from a fractured leg sustained during Ghana’s international friendly against Japan in Nagoya in November 2025.

Dr Pambo’s visit also provided an opportunity to assess Abu’s progress since he began rehabilitation three months ago. The player has been undergoing structured gym-based recovery sessions and is gradually stepping up his programme, with the aim of returning to individual training before rejoining full group sessions in the coming weeks.
