Ghana has maintained its 76th position in the latest FIFA world rankings, released on Thursday, 10 July 2025.

After climbing one place in the previous update, the Black Stars have held their ground following their performance in the 2025 Unity Cup, which was held in London during the last international window.

The national team, led by head coach Otto Addo, suffered a defeat to Nigeria in the semi-final but bounced back to beat Trinidad and Tobago in the third-place playoff.

Despite the mixed results, Ghana’s standing remains unchanged in the continental rankings, where they sit 14th in Africa.

Coach Addo will be looking to build on this foundation and steer the team to a higher position when international football resumes later in the year.
