Black Stars Medical Team Confirms Management Plan for Injured Player Abu Francis

The medical team of the Black Stars, led by Dr Prince Pambo and team doctor for Toulouse FC — together with specialists at the Toyota Memorial Hospital, have held a series of comprehensive consultations and agreed on the most appropriate management plan for the injured player Abu Francis.

In a statement issued yesterday, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) expressed its profound gratitude to the general public for the overwhelming support and solidarity shown following the unfortunate incident.

The Association assured that it remains fully committed to ensuring the player receives the best medical care available. It further indicated that the public will be updated in the coming hours regarding the next steps, including details of the scheduled surgery and the player’s recovery plan.
