Ghanaian international Ernest Nuamah is stepping up his preparations as he targets a strong return to French Ligue 1 action this season.

Nuamah, who joined Olympique Lyonnais from Danish side FC Nordsjælland, has spoken of his determination to come back stronger and repay the faith shown in him by both the club and the fans.
