Vision FC have confirmed the appointment of former Hohoe United manager, Alfred Nelson, as the club’s new Assistant Coach (2).

Nelson, who also previously worked with Liberty Professionals during their formative years, will officially commence his full duties with the team after their Ghana Premier League fixture against Medeama SC on Friday, scheduled for 5:00 p.m. in Tarkwa.

In the interim, Nelson will take charge of training sessions for players who do not travel with the squad to Tarkwa, ensuring the entire playing group remains sharp and well-prepared.

His arrival is expected to bolster the technical set-up of Vision FC, bringing additional experience and tactical depth to the bench. The coaching staff believe Nelson’s background in nurturing young talents and his knowledge of the domestic league will strengthen their approach to player development and match preparation.

With Vision FC aiming to consolidate their position in the league and build a more competitive side, Nelson’s inclusion is anticipated to provide fresh impetus and support to the head coach in implementing the club’s long-term football philosophy.
