FIFA-accredited referee Kwesi Brobbey has finally admitted to making decisions that unfairly disadvantaged Asante Kotoko SC during Sunday’s President’s Cup clash.

According to a report by Kessben FM, this marks the third such incident involving Brobbey and the Porcupine Warriors. Previous controversial officiating by the referee was recorded during Kotoko’s matches against Real Tamale United in 2023 and Nations FC in 2024.

The admission has sparked renewed calls for improved officiating standards and accountability within Ghanaian football.
