Accra Hearts of Oak are making significant progress in their pursuit of forward Prince Kwabena Owusu, with negotiations now at an advanced stage.

The former Bibiani Gold Stars striker trained with the Phobians earlier today as talks continue towards finalising his permanent move to the club. Sources close to the negotiations confirm that Owusu has given the green light to join Hearts of Oak, paving the way for the transfer to be completed in the coming days.

The club is expected to proceed with a routine medical assessment, after which final documents will be exchanged to seal the deal.

The 26-year-old attacker, who impressed in the Ghana Premier League with his goal-scoring instincts and versatility in the final third, is seen as a key addition to strengthen Hearts of Oak’s attacking options ahead of the new campaign.

An official announcement is anticipated once the medical and final paperwork are concluded.
