Accra Hearts of Oak have successfully concluded their four-day intensive training programme at the Military Combat School in Teshie.

The special exercise, devised by the club’s technical team, was designed to enhance the players’ resilience, mental toughness, and endurance ahead of the upcoming football season.

The Phobians were taken through a series of rigorous drills under the supervision of experienced military trainers, who commended the players for their discipline, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn throughout the sessions.

Head Coach Didi Dramani, speaking in a post-training interview, confirmed that the objectives of the military training had been fully met. “We came here with a clear aim—to strengthen the players both physically and mentally. I’m proud to say the team responded well, and we’re satisfied with the outcome,” he stated.

With this phase of pre-season preparation complete, the team will now return to their traditional training base at Kpobiman to continue fine-tuning ahead of the new Ghana Premier League campaign.
