Leicester City Value Ghana Winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku at €45M Amid Premier League Interest

English Championship side Leicester City have placed a hefty €45 million valuation on Ghana international Abdul Fatawu Issahaku as Premier League clubs circle for his signature.

The 21-year-old winger has attracted strong interest from Everton and Sunderland, with the latter seeing a €32 million bid rejected as Leicester hold out for a bigger offer before the transfer window closes.

Despite their relegation to the Championship last season, the Foxes remain determined to keep Issahaku, who has emerged as one of their most valuable assets. Since joining permanently from Sporting Lisbon in 2023, the Black Stars forward has made 57 appearances across all competitions, scoring seven goals and thrilling fans with his pace, dribbling, and direct attacking play.

Issahaku has already featured twice for Leicester in the ongoing 2025/26 Championship season, underlining his importance to new boss Marti Cifuentes’ promotion push.

On the international front, he has earned 24 caps for Ghana, further boosting his reputation as one of Africa’s most exciting young wingers.

With time running out in the transfer window, Leicester’s stance sends a clear message: Issahaku will only be allowed to leave if their €45M valuation is met.
