Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus continues to win admiration both on and off the pitch. Fresh from helping the Black Stars secure qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the West Ham United midfielder paid an emotional visit to his childhood club in Nima, where his football journey began.

Kudus spent time interacting with young players and coaches at the academy, sharing words of encouragement and reminding them that hard work, humility, and determination can open doors to success. As part of his visit, he made a generous donation that included football boots, training kits, and cash support to help the development of young talents in the community.

The 24-year-old midfielder, visibly moved by the warm reception, expressed his gratitude to the academy for shaping his early years in football.

“This is where it all started for me,” Kudus said. “I will never forget the people who helped me along the way. It’s important to come back, give back, and inspire the next generation.”

His visit sparked emotional reactions from residents and supporters in Nima. One proud parent wrote,

“Allah bless Kudus; my son is part of this academy. He has truly inspired the children and given them hope.”

Community leaders also commended Kudus for his humility and continuous connection to his roots, describing his gesture as a testament to his character both as a footballer and a role model.

Kudus’s act of generosity adds to his growing reputation as one of Ghana’s most inspiring sports figures — a player who continues to make a difference beyond the football pitch.
