OFFICIAL: Hearts of Oak Sign Prince Kwabena Owusu on Two-Year Deal

Accra Hearts of Oak have officially completed the signing of former Bibiani GoldStars striker Prince Kwabena Owusu, securing his services until 2027 as part of their squad reinforcement plans for the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The 28-year-old forward sealed the move after passing his medicals and has put pen to paper on a two-year contract that will see him stay with the capital-based giants through to 2027.

The Phobians had previously attempted to land Owusu during the January transfer window but were unable to finalise the deal at the time.

Owusu joins from Saudi Arabia’s third-tier side Al-Hedayah SC, and is expected to inject much-needed firepower into a Hearts side determined to bounce back from a challenging campaign last season.

He will immediately link up with the club’s preseason squad as head coach Aboubakar Ouattara looks to build a competitive team capable of challenging for honours in the upcoming season.
