Hohoe United FC have officially unveiled Tijani Abdul Rahim Bashiru as the club’s new head coach ahead of the 2025/26 football season.

The experienced Ghanaian tactician is expected to lead the team into a new era, with a clear mandate to improve performance and push for promotion in the coming campaign.

Bashiru brings a solid résumé to the role. He previously managed Accra Hearts of Oak, one of Ghana’s most historic clubs, and also took charge of Division One League side Young Apostles, where he was widely praised for his tactical acumen and player development skills.

In addition to his head coaching experience, he has served as an assistant coach at Accra Great Olympics and Legon Cities, contributing significantly to both clubs’ technical setups during his tenure.

Hohoe United’s management expressed confidence in Bashiru’s ability to transform the team’s playing style, instill discipline, and bring a competitive edge to the squad. The appointment is part of the club’s broader restructuring ahead of the new season.
