Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has conceded that Ghana will be facing a formidable opponent in South Korea in their upcoming international fixture.

“We have analysed several of South Korea’s matches and we are fully aware of what they bring to the table,” Addo noted. “They possess a number of highly talented players, particularly in defence, such as Kim of Bayern Munich. In attack, they are equally strong with the likes of Lee from PSG and, of course, Son.”

He added that the encounter would serve as an important test for his squad.

“It will be a good challenge for our defenders. They will be up against a very strong attacking unit, and it will give us the opportunity to assess how well they can cope. I have full confidence in their ability.”
