Parin FC Launch Intensive Player Selection Exercise Ahead of New Season

0 6

Parin FC have officially commenced their player selection exercise as preparations intensify for the upcoming football season, with more than 100 aspiring footballers turning up to compete for places in the squad.

The open trials attracted a large pool of talented players from various backgrounds and form part of the club’s broader strategy to strengthen the team and build a more competitive outfit for the new campaign.

Under the leadership of General Manager William Ezah and Head Coach Eric Nyarko, the technical team has begun a thorough assessment of all participants, with attention focused on technical ability, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and discipline.

The exercise, which is expected to continue over several sessions, features fitness drills, ball work, and small-sided games designed to provide the coaching staff with a clearer evaluation of players in realistic match situations.

The coaching department has stressed the importance of merit-based selection, urging players to “justify their inclusion” through consistent performance and determination on the pitch.

Club officials have indicated that the initiative forms part of a wider rebuilding process aimed at reinforcing the squad with quality additions capable of improving competitiveness in the new season.

Parin FC are coming off a respectable campaign in which they secured a middle league finish, recording 15 wins, three draws, and just two defeats. The performance highlighted the team’s growing stability and consistency throughout the season.

With preparations now underway, the technical team is expected to gradually reduce the large pool of trialists in the coming days as they shape a balanced and competitive squad for the challenges ahead.
