Ghana Premier League hopefuls Port City Football Club have secured promotion after a commanding 3–1 victory over Attram De Visser Academy at home, becoming the first side to book their place in the 2026/27 top-flight season.

The result confirms Port City’s dominance in Zone Three of the Access Bank Division One League, where they have now amassed 61 points. With just four matches remaining, they hold an unassailable 15-point lead over second-placed Semper Paratus, who trail on 46 points.

Port City’s promotion has been built on remarkable consistency throughout the campaign, combining a potent attacking threat with defensive solidity. Their latest triumph was no different, as they controlled proceedings and showed clinical edge in front of goal to dispatch Attram De Visser Academy with authority.
