Ghana’s track and field runner, William Amponsah is ending the year 2023 on a brilliant note after opening his indoor track in the 5000m event with a personal best(PB) of 13.53.98

 

While Sarah Koomson also finished 2nd in the women 5000m with a personal best (PB) of 16.37.4
