Saani Daara Urges Patience as Fans Remain Divided Over Otto Addo’s Future

Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) Communications Director, Saani Daara, has cautioned against hasty calls for the dismissal of Black Stars head coach Otto Addo.

According to Daara, it would be premature to demand Addo’s removal at this stage, stressing that any decision regarding his future should be deferred until the conclusion of Ghana’s FIFA World Cup qualification campaign.

“Calling for Otto Addo’s dismissal now is too hasty. We should wait until the Black Stars’ World Cup qualification is decided before making such a judgment,” he stated.

His comments come at a time when supporters of the national team are sharply divided over Addo’s role. While some fans believe the coach lacks the tactical acumen and authority to lead Ghana to another World Cup, others insist he should be given the chance to complete the ongoing qualifying series before any verdict is passed.

This growing debate highlights the mounting pressure on Addo and the Black Stars, as the nation eagerly awaits the outcome of the qualification campaign.
