Asante Kotoko Interim Management Committee member, James Kwasi Appiah was spotted at the team’s training as they prepare for epic clash Hearts of Oak.

The former Black Stars coach has been away from the club due to his role as head coach for the Sudan national team.

However, he has made a sensational return to help Kotoko beat their arch rivals in the first Super Clash of the 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League season.

Asante Kotoko are currently on a four games winning streak in all competitions and would want to extend to five.

The Reds are seventh on the League table with 19 points, sitting sit just three point above Hearts of Oak who are eighth on the log.

The game is set for 15:00 GMT kickoff time at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
