SuperSport secures broadcast rights for AFCON 2023

Multichoice, a parent company of DStv has secured the broadcast rights to telecast the 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Ivory Coast.

The widely watched digital platform would telecast all 52 matches to be played at the continental showpiece scheduled for 13th January 2024 to 11 February 2024.

The agreement between Multichoice and New World TV to broadcast the 34th edition of Africa’s premier men’s football competition comes as good news to football lovers.

Rendani Ramovha, Chief Executive Officer of SuperSports has expressed excitement having brought the competition to the doorstep of their viewers.
