Swedru All Blacks United FC will be required to pay a compensation package of $150,000 to Head Coach Ahmed Fathi and his video analyst, Mohammed Adily, should the club decide to terminate their contracts prematurely.

The clause, which forms part of the technical team’s employment agreement, is understood to have been activated as pressure mounts from a section of the club’s supporters who are calling for the dismissal of the coaching duo over the team’s recent poor run of form.

Club sources indicate that management is currently reviewing the situation carefully, given the significant financial implications associated with any decision to part ways with the Egyptian coach and his analyst.

Swedru All Blacks United have endured a difficult start to the season, prompting heightened scrutiny and growing agitation among supporters.
