Symbolic Gloves Presented to NSA by GBA Ahead of Boxing Congress
The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) has presented a symbolic pair of boxing gloves to Yaw Ampofo-Ankrah, Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), as a gesture of appreciation following a productive meeting held at the NSA headquarters. The act symbolises unity and cooperation between the two bodies in the lead-up to the upcoming Congress on 19 July.
The meeting was convened to assess the current state of boxing in Ghana and explore avenues to strengthen support for the sport across the country. Key stakeholders from both the GBA and NSA engaged in meaningful discussions aimed at deepening collaboration and advancing initiatives to promote and develop Ghanaian boxing.
