The King’s Baton Arrives in Ghana 🇬🇭✨

The journey of the King’s Baton continues as it makes its way through Ghana with a series of exciting events lined up.

Friday: Baton Relay from Jubilee House, through the principal streets of Accra, to the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.

Saturday: Baton Relay from East Legon, passing through Ayi-Mensah, and culminating at the forecourt of the Aburiman Hene’s Palace.

Sunday: Community clean-up exercise at Independence Square Beach.

Tuesday: Squash tournament at the Air Force Officers’ Mess.

Ghanaians are encouraged to anticipate, participate, and get involved as we celebrate this symbolic journey ahead of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.
