Tottenham part ways with Head Coach Thomas Frank

Tottenham has confirmed that Thomas Frank has left his position as Men’s Head Coach with immediate effect, following a decision by the Board to make a change in leadership.

Frank, who was appointed in June 2025, was handed the responsibility of steering the team through a transitional period, with the club committed to providing him with the time and resources required to build a competitive side for the future. However, a run of inconsistent results and underwhelming performances has prompted the Board to conclude that a change at this stage of the season is in the best interests of the club.

In an official statement, the club acknowledged Frank’s professionalism and dedication throughout his tenure.

“Throughout his time at the Club, Thomas has conducted himself with unwavering commitment, giving everything in his efforts to move the Club forward. We would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him every success in the future,” the statement read.

Frank’s departure comes amid mounting pressure following a series of disappointing league results, which left the team struggling to meet pre-season expectations. Despite early optimism surrounding his appointment, the side failed to show the consistency required to compete at the desired level.

The club is expected to announce interim managerial arrangements in the coming days, with the search for a permanent replacement already underway.
