The National Sports Authority (NSA) has released its first annual progress report under the new management, highlighting a year marked by strategic reforms, improved facility management, and renewed focus on sports development.

The report outlines key achievements across multiple NSA sections, including infrastructure upgrades, enhanced event hosting capabilities, and strengthened partnerships with both local and international stakeholders. Officials describe the document as a clear indication of a shift toward a more results-driven and accountable sports administration.

Central to the report is the introduction of a new operations unit aimed at improving efficiency and safeguarding national sports assets.

The NSA Management emphasized its commitment to modernizing stadium facilities, tightening security protocols, and ensuring regular maintenance of key venues across the country.

Additionally, the NSA reported increased collaboration with federations and private sector partners to boost funding opportunities and expand athlete development programs.

Leadership at the NSA expressed confidence that the reforms implemented so far will be a guide to gradually position Ghana as a competitive force in global sports while creating sustainable pathways for young athletes.

Sports stakeholders and the media have largely welcomed the report, noting that it reflects a promising start for the new administration.
