The event, scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, will take place at the JRC Global Buffet, Unit 6C, Valley Leisure Park, Beddington Farm Road, Croydon, United Kingdom, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

According to an official invitation released by the Institute, distinguished Ghanaian sports financier, economist and former President of the Ghana Athletics Association, George Haldane Lutterodt, has been specially invited to grace the occasion.

Michelle Fredua-Mensah is being celebrated for her outstanding accomplishments in international fitness competitions. She has been recognised as the “Amazon of the Year 2025,” crowned Ms. Fitness Olympia 2025, and has also emerged as both the Arnold USA Fitness Champion 2026 and Arnold UK Fitness Champion 2026.

Her achievements have brought pride not only to Ghana but also to the African fitness community, earning her admiration across the world of professional bodybuilding and fitness sports.

George Haldane Lutterodt’s invitation to the prestigious ceremony is seen as fitting recognition of his long-standing contribution to sports development in Ghana and beyond. Widely respected in sporting circles, Lutterodt has played major roles in athletics administration, athlete sponsorship and youth sports development over the years.

Beyond his tenure as former president of Ghana athletics, he is also known for financially supporting several talented athletes, including former Youth Olympic Games 800 metres champion Martha Bissah, whose career received a major boost through his sponsorship and encouragement.

Sports analysts believe the gathering will bring together leading personalities in sports, fitness and business to celebrate excellence, discipline and international achievement.

The Martial Arts Institute, established in 1975 with the motto, “We begin not to end but to continue,” indicated that the ceremony will be strictly by invitation, with guests expected to appear in casual sports attire.

The event is expected to further strengthen ties between Ghanaian sports stakeholders and international fitness institutions while highlighting the growing global influence of African athletes in professional fitness competitions.
