Security authorities have ramped up investigations into the gruesome murder of Nana Kofi Amoah, whose body was discovered near Berekuso under deeply disturbing circumstances.

According to family sources, including his brother Akwasi Amoako, the deceased was found with multiple stab wounds to the neck and chest. His partially burnt remains were reportedly wrapped in a woollen carpet, raising suspicions of a deliberate attempt to conceal evidence.

His alleged involvement in an unspecified situation prior to his death has sparked widespread speculation, prompting serious questions about the motive and individuals possibly linked to the crime.

The Ghana Police Service and related investigative agencies have assured the public that a full-scale probe is underway. Authorities have vowed to leave no stone unturned in their quest to uncover the truth and bring the perpetrators to justice.

“The public can be assured that we are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness,” a police spokesperson stated. “We are gathering all relevant evidence and working closely with forensic experts to get to the bottom of this heinous act.”

The tragic case has sent shockwaves through the local community, with many calling for swift justice and enhanced security measures in the area.

Further updates are expected as the investigation progresses.
