Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has started gym work after going through a successful surgery in South Africa.
The Physical Trainer of Hearts of Oak Enoch Jordan Daitey was present at the gym to help the player through lifting of metals to shape him up as he recovers from the long term injury.
The diminutive midfielder went under the knife in early October 2022 at the Netcare Linksfield Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa.
After four months, the former Vision FC midfielder has returned to building his muscles to prepare himself for games for his side in the ongoing betPawa Premier League.
Abdul Aziz Nurudeen extended his contract with Hearts of Oak for three more years in December 2022 which will end in 2025.
Until his injury, he was part of the Black Galaxies team under Annor Walker that were preparing for the Algeria 2022 tournament.
