Zito Sets the Tone with High-Intensity First Session After Addressing Squad

Newly appointed head coach Karim Zito held his first meeting with the players yesterday, formally introducing himself to the squad and outlining his vision for the team moving forward.

Addressing the group before training, Zito emphasised the importance of discipline, hard work and unwavering focus, making it clear that high standards would be non-negotiable under his leadership. He urged the players to embrace professionalism, unity and commitment as the club prepares for the challenges ahead.

Following the brief meeting, the experienced tactician joined the team on the training pitch, actively participating in the session and closely observing his players. The intensity of the workout was notably high, with drills centred on tactical organisation, pressing, quick transitions and physical conditioning.

The atmosphere reflected renewed energy and determination, as Zito set the tone for what is expected to be a demanding but purposeful era.
