Ghana Premier League outfit Dreams FC are set to announce the capture of former Hearts of Oak shot-stopper Saani Mohammed as the club’s goalkeepers trainer.

SportsnetGhana an exclusively confirm that Dreams fc has written officially requesting for the release of the former goalkeeper from the Ghana Police Service since he is a Corporal in the service after he retired from playing active football.
The legendary Ghanaian goalkeeper is expected to transform the goalkeeping department of the Still Believe side in the ongoing season.
He joins the reigning FA Cup champions with a lot of experience as they strengthen their technical team to better their maiden African campaign.
Saani Mohammed is revered as one of the best to have come out of Accra Hearts of Oak, after helping them to multiple titles.
He played a huge role when Hearts of Oak won the Ghana Premier league on 6 consecutive times, the CAF Champions League and the CAF Super Cup in 2000 and 2001 against Esperance de Tunis and Zamalek of Egypt respectively.
The current MTN FA Cup holders have been paired with Rivers United from Nigeria, Club Africain from Tunisia, and APC Lobito from Angola in the Group stage of the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup.
