Aduana Stars Football Club have officially terminated the contract of Ivorian striker Abdel Latif Bamba with immediate effect, the club has announced.
The 27-year-old forward, who joined the Ghana Premier League side in August last season, has seen his time with the Dormaa-based club come to an abrupt end following what sources describe as a mutual agreement between both parties.
While the club has not issued a detailed statement outlining the reasons behind the termination, it is believed that Bamba’s limited impact on the pitch, coupled with tactical changes within the squad, influenced the decision.
Bamba made only a handful of appearances for the Ogya Boys during the 2024/25 season, struggling to cement a place in the starting line-up. His performances fell short of expectations, and he failed to register a goal during his brief stint.
