Asante Kotoko Confirm New Team Captain and Assistants

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club have officially announced their leadership structure ahead of the forthcoming football season.

 

Congolese defender Samba O’Neil has been appointed as the new club captain, taking over the armband to lead the Porcupine Warriors both on and off the pitch.

 

Joining him in leadership roles are Henry Ansu, who has been named first assistant captain, and Lord Amoah, who assumes the position of second assistant captain.

 

The trio are expected to bring stability, experience, and motivation to the squad as Kotoko prepare for what promises to be a highly competitive campaign in the Ghana Premier League.

 

This appointment marks a fresh chapter in the club’s journey, with fans hopeful that the new leadership will inspire improved performances and a return to domestic dominance.
