Osman Bukari scores for Red Star Belgrade

Ghana international Osman Bukari was on the score sheet for his Serbian side Red Star Belgrade on Saturday against FK Vozdovac at the Vozdovac Park in Round 21 games.

Red Star Belgrade annihilated Vozdovac by 6-0 to strongly position themselves to winning the league title in Serbia.

The 24-year-old scored the second goal of the game on the 19th minutes after Guelor Kanga had put the former European Champions in front on the 14th minutes from the penalty spot.

Milos Milojevic’s side have opened the gap with 57 points atop of the league table to distance second placed Partizan Beograd’s 46 points after 21 games each.

The Ghanaian has excelled in Serbia since his move Gent in Belgium before the start of the 2022/23 season scoring seven times from the wings in 24 games.

Red Star Belgrade take on FC Cukaricki who are 4th on the league table in their next games in the Serbian league and Osman Bukari is expected to feature prominently for the side.

He was part of the Black Stars squad in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and has played seven times and scored twice for Ghana since March 2021.
