Highly-rated goalkeeper, Eric Ofori Antwi has joined Berekum Chelsea ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season, per latest news in the local media

The 30-year-old has reportedly agreed to join the Bibires on a two-year deal, pending official club announcement

The stalwart goalkeeper last spell was with Hearts of Oak in August 2022 but was largely underutilized having made only eight league appearances before his injury and finally parted ways with them early this year

‘Alawa’, as he is affectionately known, will be coming in as replacement for Obeng Sekyere Gregory – who has switched to Aduana Stars, and will look to command the post very well to establish himself as supporters’ favorite at the Golden City Park

Coach Samuel Boadu and his charges will begin preseason very soon to have themselves adequately prepared and ready for the upcoming season
