Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah has been officially named the PFA Player of the Season for the 2024/25 campaign, adding yet another accolade to his illustrious career.

The Liverpool talisman produced a sensational season, finishing as the Premier League’s top scorer with 25 goals and registering 12 assists, guiding the Reds to a strong league finish and success in Europe.

In securing this award, Salah has etched his name further into the history books, becoming the first footballer ever to win the Premier League Player of the Year title three times, following his previous triumphs in 2017/18 and 2021/22.

Reacting to the achievement, Salah expressed his gratitude to his teammates and supporters, saying: “It is always an honour to be recognised by your fellow professionals. I could not have done it without my team and the fans who push me every single week.”

The 32-year-old forward’s latest recognition reaffirms his status as one of the Premier League’s all-time greats and a true legend of Liverpool Football Club.
