“Dream Come True”: Walid Fuseini Signs Three-Year Deal with Asante Kotoko

Asante Kotoko have officially completed the signing of talented midfielder Walid Fuseini on a permanent deal, the club has confirmed.

The former Nsoatreman FC player has committed his future to the Porcupine Warriors after signing a three-year contract earlier today. Fuseini, who impressed with his performances in the Ghana Premier League last season, is expected to bring creativity, energy and versatility to the club’s midfield.

The 24-year-old becomes one of Kotoko’s key additions in their ongoing squad rebuilding project as they aim to challenge strongly for both the Ghana Premier League title and domestic cup competitions in the coming season.

Speaking after the deal was finalised, Fuseini expressed his delight at joining the record Ghana Premier League champions.

“It’s a dream come true to sign for Asante Kotoko,” he said. “This is a club with a great history and passionate supporters. I am ready to give my all to help the team achieve success, and I cannot wait to get started.”

Management of the club have expressed confidence in the youngster’s ability to make an immediate impact, while supporters are already excited about the prospect of seeing him in the famous red shirt.
