President and Head Coach of Footnoel Soccer Academy based in Kasoa in the Central Region of Ghana, Mr. Noel Aduba, has shared insights into his coaching philosophy, long-term vision, and expectations for the club as he begins a new chapter with the youth-driven side.

Introducing himself and his philosophy, Coach Aduba explained that his approach is built on discipline, commitment and sacrifice.
“I always remind my players that there is always a price to pay for success. Nothing worthwhile comes without sacrifice,” he said.

Long-Term Vision and Immediate Expectations
Coach Aduba emphasised that his overarching ambition is to nurture young talents locally and prepare them for global football excellence.
“Our aim is to raise the children here and equip them to make a meaningful impact on the global stage. Even the least-known player can be transformed into one of the most valuable and effective players,” he noted.

Supporters, he added, should expect a more structured, disciplined and technically sound team in the months ahead.
Season Targets On and Off the Field
Setting clear expectations for every department of the squad, the coach highlighted the need for players to push beyond their limits.
“Every player must double his efforts. Strikers must score more, wingers must deliver accurate and purposeful crosses, and defenders must diligently protect the goal area,” he stressed.

Instilling a Winning Mentality
According to Coach Aduba, building a strong mindset is central to Footnoel Soccer Academy’s growth.
“I want them to understand that they can build castles in the air. Determination, sacrifice and self-belief are essential. These values will help shape their football intelligence and overall approach to the game,” he stated.
Preferred Style of Play
Coach Aduba revealed that he intends to implement a possession-based system.
“We will adopt a tiki-taka, possession-oriented style of play with regular switches to stretch opponents and maintain control,” he explained.
Balancing Youth Development and Experience
With the academy hosting teams from the Under-6 to Under-19 levels, he underlined the importance of nurturing young footballers.
“Giving young players more playing time helps them gain experience and builds their confidence. That is how we develop complete footballers,” he said.
Challenges Ahead
Reflecting on what he considers his biggest challenge, Coach Aduba expressed concern about the possibility of young players losing motivation.
“When a player loses interest in the direction we are taking, it troubles me. It takes a great deal to build a player from nothing to something, so losing that connection is always a major concern,” he noted.
Team Harmony and Early Response
Coach Aduba described the current team atmosphere as highly positive.
“Team harmony and commitment are extremely healthy at the moment. The players have welcomed the new technical direction with enthusiasm,” he said.
He also indicated that the squad appreciates the fresh ideas and developmental focus introduced since his arrival.
“They are ready to learn, improve and build on what they already know as they progress in their careers,” he added.
With a clear philosophy, structured developmental approach and a commitment to transforming young talents, Coach Noel Aduba looks set to lead Footnoel Soccer Academy into a new era of growth and competitiveness.
