J.E. Sarpong Resigns as Eleven Wonders Head Coach

0 3

J.E. Sarpong has officially stepped down from his position as head coach of Eleven Wonders FC following a difficult run of results in recent weeks.

The experienced tactician tendered his resignation after the club suffered three consecutive defeats — a 2–1 loss to Vision FC, a narrow 1–0 defeat to Aduana Stars, and a 2–1 reversal against Medeama SC.

Club sources indicate that the decision was mutual, with both parties agreeing that a change in technical direction was necessary to help stabilise the team’s campaign.

Sarpong, a respected figure in Ghanaian football, is expected to issue a formal statement in the coming days. Eleven Wonders FC are anticipated to announce an interim technical arrangement as they work towards appointing a substantive head coach.
