Nsoatreman FC vs Asante Kotoko: Preview

139

Ghana Premier League newcomers Nsoatreman FC will welcome Asante Kotoko to the Nana Kromansah II Park at Nsoatre for their Match Day 18 encounter of the 2022/23 season.

A home game for the greenhorns prepares them for a likely snatching of maximum points at a grounds familiar to them.

Having been the best home side so far this season, this encounter will place them a step higher in achieving the ultimatum for a debutant in the top-flight league; to avoid relegation.

Nsoatreman FC, who have put in fear in opponents at their home grounds will relatively choose other ways of beating Asante Kotoko than the usual frightening considering the fact that their opponents are the biggest the club in Ghana.

That said, the defending league champions are on a run of poor away form this season.

After Match Day 6 against Medeama SC at Tarkwa, Asante Kotoko have not picked up all maximum points on the road in five games running.

They lost against RTU, Karela United, Dreams FC and drew against Aduana Stars and Bibiani Goldstars in that spate.

Playing against Nsoatreman FC will be another tough task for the club in doing well to defending the league trophy.

Having had the return of some key players within the squad for this game, Seidu Zerbo’s side should be having some smiles back to Kumasi after ninety minutes since Match Day 6 in Tarkwa.
