OFFICIAL: Bernard Gyebi leaves Hearts of Oak

Hearts of Oak Acting Managing Director, Bernard Gyebi has officially announced his resignation with the club today.

As was reported on Tuesday, February 07, 2023 that he has tendered in his resignation letter to the Board Chairman of the club Togbe Afede, the former Medeama SC’s Development Officer confirms leaving his position at Hearts of Oak.

Bernard Gyebi was announced in October 2022 to take over the vacant position for the interim to steer the day-to-day affairs of the club until a substantive one is gotten.

He lasted only for four months after taking over from Frederick Moore who left the job in November 2020.

He thanked the Board and Management of the club for giving him the opportunity to serve his favourite.

Gyebi has worked for the English FA, UEFA and several international organization and has vast experience in football administration.
