King Faisal are far advanced in their preparation to welcome Berekum Chelsea in their first home game at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex at Abrankese.
The club were given the go ahead to use the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex as their new home grounds for the second round of the 2022/23 season after they applied for a change of venue.
King Faisal have used the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for the pass three seasons since they returned to top-flight in the 2019/20 season but have had hiccups along the line when at home games.
Interacting with insiders within the club indicate King Faisal faithful are drawn down the desire to switch home grounds to relieve the team from the pressure that surmount the team when playing at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The club do have the believe that the omen of playing good and churning out positive results is not right at Baba Yara and the penchant by fans called for a move to Abrankese.
The “Insha Allah” side will be looking forward to sending a clear message across and cementing their reasons to move away from Baba Yara Sports Stadium to Abrankese by emphatically beating Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.
