Soldier Boxer Declares Readiness to Face Ambitious Tilapia

Ghanaian professional boxer Elvis Ahorgah, popularly known in the ring as Soldier Boxer, has declared his readiness to take on Abu Kamoko, widely referred to as Ambitious Tilapia, the son of boxing icon Bukom Banku, should the right opportunity arise.

Speaking in response to critics who have questioned his recent form, particularly following a series of defeats in the United Kingdom, Soldier Boxer dismissed suggestions that those results reflect his true abilities.

“People should not be deceived by my fights in the UK ending in losses,” he stated. “I am fully prepared to face Ambitious Tilapia if the offer is right.”

The outspoken boxer further revealed that he has been absent from the local boxing scene for some time, noting that his last bout in Ghana was against the late Bahubali.

“Since my fight with the late Bahubali, I have not competed in Ghana again,” he added, stressing his desire to return to the domestic boxing circuit and re-establish himself.

A potential bout between Soldier Boxer and Ambitious Tilapia would attract significant attention, given the pedigree of the latter and the growing interest in high-profile domestic match-ups. Ambitious Tilapia, who carries the famous Kamoko name, continues to build his career under the watchful eye of his father, Bukom Banku, and has enjoyed increasing visibility among boxing fans.

While no official negotiations have been confirmed, boxing enthusiasts are already divided over the possible outcome should the contest materialise. Many believe the experience and resilience of Soldier Boxer could pose a stern test, while others point to Ambitious Tilapia’s youth, momentum and lineage as key advantages.

For now, fans will have to wait to see whether promoters move to turn the talk into action, as calls grow for more competitive and entertaining bouts on the local boxing calendar.
