Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao has paid a heartfelt tribute to Ricky Hatton following the former British world champion’s passing, describing him as both a great fighter and a kind-hearted man.
Pacquiao, who famously shared the ring with Hatton in their 2009 showdown, spoke with deep respect about his late rival. “I am deeply saddened by the news of Ricky Hatton’s passing. He was not only a remarkable fighter in the ring but also a courageous and kind-hearted man in life,” Pacquiao said.

Hatton, known as “The Hitman”, was one of Britain’s most popular fighters, capturing world titles at light-welterweight and welterweight before retiring in 2012.
